Apple Account (formerly Apple ID)
  https://account.apple.com
  What is Apple Apple Account?
An Apple Account is the personal account you use to access
Apple services like the App Store, iCloud, Messages, the
Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more. It includes the
information you use to sign in, as well as all the contact,
payment, and security details that you'll use across Apple
  services.
When do I use my Apple Account?
Any time you set up a new device, make a purchase, or use
any Apple service, you will be asked to sign in with your
Apple Account and password. Once signed in you'll have
access to the service and all the personal information in
your account. Use the same Apple Account everywhere you sign
in to ensure that all your Apple services and devices work
together seamlessly and you can access your personal content
  from all your devices.

iCloud & iCloud Drive
  http://edu-observatory.org/olli/Manage/iCloud.html
Many people get confused between iCloud and iCloud Drive.
Although they are related, iCloud and iCloud Drive serve
different purposes. iCloud is a cloud service by Apple that
backs up and syncs various types of data, such as photos,
contacts, and app data, across all your Apple devices.
iCloud Drive, on the other hand, is more like the file
storage part of iCloud. It lets you store documents,
spreadsheets, and other files in the cloud so you can access
them from any of your Apple devices. This makes it easy for
users to keep important files up-to-date and accessible
  across iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
Dropbox (for all mobile devices and all computers)
  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dropbox/id327630330
  https://www.dropbox.com/downloading

Dropbox allows users to create a special folder on each of
their computers, which Dropbox then synchronizes so that it
appears to be the same folder (with the same contents)
regardless of which computer is used to view it. Files
placed in this folder also are accessible through a website
  and mobile phone applications.
Find My (Friends, Apple Devices, and AirTags)

The Find My app makes it easy to keep track of your Apple
devices. Locate items you've attached AirTag to. And keep up
with friends and family. It works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac -
even if your missing devices are offline. And your privacy
is protected every step of the way.

Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Use the Contacts app to store information--phone numbers,
email addresses, location, birthdays, and more--for your
  friends, family, and coworkers.
Information you put in Contacts is accessed automatically in
other iOS, iPadOS, and macOS apps such as Mail, Maps,
FaceTime, and Messages. When you start typing a contact's
name in Mail, for example, the email address is filled in
  for you.
If you have Internet accounts--such as iCloud, Google,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yahoo! accounts--you can import
contacts from those accounts into Contacts, so you can
easily manage all your contacts in one place.
